This website does not take payments of any kind and has no paid features or subscriptions, so nothing is ever charged through it and there is nothing to refund through it. Viewing tournaments, staff accounts and data requests are free.
If a tournament has an entry fee, it is set and collected by that tournament's organizer outside this website (for example at registration in the club or federation). The organizer must state the amount and the refund conditions - for example if the tournament is cancelled or an athlete cannot take part - in the tournament's rules before registration opens. If no refund conditions were published, contact the organizer.
