The website publishes the tournament calendar, participant lists, brackets, results and live streams, and lets organizer staff run tournaments. Viewing requires no account.
3. Price and fees
Using the website is free. The website does not accept payments and has no paid features, subscriptions or hidden charges. Tournament entry fees, if any, are set and collected by the tournament organizer outside this website and must be announced in the tournament's rules before registration - see the refund policy.
4. Accounts
Accounts are created only by the operator for its staff and coaches; there is no self-registration.
Keep your password secret and do not share your account. You are responsible for actions taken with it.
The operator may deactivate an account that is misused or no longer needed.
5. Registering athletes and uploading content
Enter only accurate data, and only what the forms ask for.
Register an athlete only with their consent, or for anyone under 18 the consent of a parent or legal guardian, and confirm it in the form.
Upload only photos you have the right to use and that the person shown (or their parent/guardian) agreed to publish. Rights in uploaded content stay with their holders; you allow the operator to show it on this website for the tournament.
6. Not allowed
Collecting, copying or republishing athletes' personal data in bulk, including by automated means.
Trying to access accounts or data you are not entitled to, or disrupting the website.
Uploading unlawful, offensive or misleading content.
7. Results
Results are entered by the secretaries at the mats. The official result is the referees' decision; if a mistake is found it is corrected on the website.
8. Software, fonts and images
The software is open source under the MIT license. Its components and their licenses are listed in THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md. The website uses only the fonts already installed on your device and does not load or distribute any font files. Tournament and athlete photos belong to their rights holders.
9. Availability and liability
The website is provided as it is. The operator works to keep it available and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by the law that applies to the operator; nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
10. Changes and applicable law
The operator may update these terms; the current version is always on this page. These terms are governed by the law of the country where the operator is registered.
